1. I shall treat every client with supreme respect by evidence of communicating, educating, uplifting and empowering client before client gets involved or goes into his/her wallet for product, service or idea.
2. I shall not sell or advise any client to do something that has not been thoroughly tested, researched or accomplished by myself. This is to ensure "soundness" of platform, service, concept, product or idea
3. I will not make a presentation to any committee or group without written or visual testimonies i.e.; DVD and reference letters, to attest to my credibility, integrity, character and lastly, performance by past customers.
4. I will not neglect that service is mandatory and is really earned after the initial sale has been closed and does not stop when the sale takes place. Being of service and always communicating is a constant choice.
5. I will work with client, but if client proves to be emotionally unstable, I will not hesitate to return customer's money quickly, as well as terminate relationship, regardless of how much profit is to be made on the transaction.
6. Verification of the importance of philosophy no. 5 is stated because I am always looking for long term relationships governed by individuals I like, know and trust. I don�t work for a simple transaction, but an ongoing long term friendship. Furthermore, I will not be friends with people who are freaking crazy!
7. I will respect the manner in which client or individual desires to be contacted or updated, with exception to ridiculous requests of email only clients. Be advised I or my staff will return all client�s voicemails within 48 hrs, with the exception of holidays and company vacations.
8. I will show gratitude and be extremely grateful by providing�clients with updates as to what's going on in their file also with educational information that might help clients by exposing clients through seminars, letters, books, educational periodicals, audio tapes, DVDs, websites to check, etc. so that clients get better solutions based on new understanding via new knowledge. This prevents client from coming back to me seeking return solutions, because now client has tools or independent resources to solve their own problems, in other words teaching client how to fish instead of giving them a fish.
9. I will demand integrity from myself; in turn I will have people surrounding me who have integrity. In other words, I will expect clients to feel obliged and happy to always pay on time.
10. I will expect and communicate politely for all clients to refer a minimal of ten (10) people such as themselves to me, simply because I wished not to spend my hard earned profits on advertisements when I know word of mouth is the best form of advertisement. Also, I feel why would clients not want to send loved ones , friends, family and associates to benefit from excellent service and quality that they received because of me. Lastly, I teach clients that the only way to get rich is by enriching the lives of others first. Remember "GOODWILL IS THE CURRENCY OF ALL RELATIONSHIPS!"
I wish for every client to have a place of honor, respect and dignity so that they can have an exploding self satisfaction that they have used the services wisely in turn have blessed their family, communities and their businesses.
